Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,
As we come together to celebrate Thanksgiving, let us turn our hearts to God, the source of all blessings and the foundation of our families and our faith. This sacred day reminds us to give thanks not only for the abundance we enjoy, but also for the presence of God in our lives—faithful, generous, and ever near.
We thank God especially for the gift of family—those we are born into, those we choose, and those we are joined to through our life in Christ. May our homes be filled with love, gratitude, and the peace of Christ that surpasses
all understanding.
At the same time, let us hold in prayer those who find themselves alone this Thanksgiving. May they know they are not forgotten, and may they feel the loving embrace of their parish family and the unfailing presence of God. If
you know someone who is without company this holiday, consider reaching out—a simple act of kindness can be a powerful expression of Christ’s love.
As we gather, whether in large groups or quiet settings, may we remember: God is with us. His blessings are new every morning, and His love endures forever.
Wishing you a joyful, peaceful, and grace-filled Thanksgiving.
With gratitude and love in Christ,
Fr. Marius
