Funeral Announcement – Vincent Robert Treadgold

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Vincent (Vince) Robert Treadgold, a beloved member of our parish and a resident of Seasons Retirement Community. Vince passed away peacefully on October 17, 2025, at the remarkable age of 102.

Born in Stepney, London, England, on April 9, 1923, Vince proudly served in the Royal Navy during World War II and later as an instructor with the Sea Cadets and the Royal Canadian Cadet Corps after immigrating to Canada in 1969. He was also an active member of the Knights of Columbus and the Fraternal Order of Eagles.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday, November 3, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Francis de Sales Parish, High River.

We give thanks for Vince’s long and faith-filled life and commend him to God’s loving mercy. May he rest in peace.
